3.2. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense under South African law.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of Courtnay Watson and are protected by South African and international intellectual property laws.

5. Services
5.1. Courtnay Watson agrees to provide the services described in the signed proposal or contract. Any additional services requested will be subject to additional charges.
5.2. The Client is responsible for providing all necessary information and materials for the project to be completed.
6. Payment Terms
6.1. A non-refundable handling fee of 50% of the total project fee is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon completion and delivery of the project.
6.2. All payments should be made in South African Rand (ZAR).
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
7.1. The Client may cancel the project at any time by providing written notice. However, the handling fee will not be refunded.
7.2. If Courtnay Watson is unable to complete the project for any reason, a refund will be issued for any payments made beyond the initial handling fee.
8. Liability
8.1. Courtnay Watson is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the website or services provided unless due to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
8.2. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Courtnay Watson from any claims resulting from the use of our services.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. Courtnay Watson respects the privacy of her clients and website users. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

11.1. Courtnay Watson reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on my website.
